We had a flight out the following morning so staying near the station for the express train to Fiumicino airport was key. I would compare the stay to a hotel room with an easy keybox check-in. You enter the building with codes. The place has a hall with multiple rooms.
Our stay at apartment 105 (double bedroom en suite) was good. Clean rooms and linen/towels. Small balcony to let in fresh air which is great. The bed was nice and soft – a good change up from the stiff beds at other stay during our Italy trip. The washroom was good. I liked the high position of the wall TV – after a long day it was nice to lay on the bed and stream TV/movies on the smart TV. My only suggestion is to confirm the room will be ready at check-in. Check-in is at 1 pm but our room wasn’t ready at 2 pm when we arrived. We waited outside until ready.
There’s nice restaurants and a general store in the area so that’s good.
We would stay here again.

Comodo b&b vicino a stazione Termini ma lontano dai suoi ambienti loschi. Bisogna attraversare un atrio interno e a primo impatto potrebbe destare una brutta impressione: ripida scala per accedere alla Guest house che andrebbe sicuramente curata come pulizia e accoglienza. Giunti in camera questa di presenta ampia e confortevole. Macchina del caffè, condizionatore, letto matrimoniale, ampia doccia, frigo, televisione abbastanza grande. È essenziale però rivedere le pulizie di base: muri anneriti dall’umidità in alcuni punti (basterebbe una semplice mano di intonaco), fughe in silicone della doccia e angoli anneriti (andrebbero semplicemente sostituiti).
Da migliorare solo la pulizia.

Czysty, przestronny i klimatyzowany pokój położony 20 minut spacerem od najważniejszych punktów Rzymu. Obok sklepy i dużo restauracji. W telewizji YouTube i Netflix. Bardzo polecam:)
